£2.00 entrance fee per child
The Disco is open to all Priorslee students but we are sorry that we cannot accommodate
non-Priorslee Children or younger brothers and sisters.
There will be refreshments on sale
To ensure the children have a fun but safe time we need volunteers to supervise the event.
We need 10 Volunteers per Disco, if we do not get enough helpers it will have to be cancelled.
If you can help, please let us know on your child(ren)s admission slip
below, then inform the door person upon arrival that you are helping. Please provide an
email address so we can contact you before the disco to let you know where you can help.
Unfortunately, due to fire and safety regulations, we will not be able to allow helpers to
bring other children (from a different key stage) with them. We will also not be able to allow
parents who are not helping to stay. If you are not helping, please leave your child(ren) and
return to pick them at the end of the disco.
Please can all KS1 helpers arrive at 5.45pm and KS2 helpers arrive at 7.00pm.
Please note that this is a Friends organised event and pupils have to be collected by
an Adult, they will not be allowed to leave the building without one.
If you would like your child(ren) to attend please complete the slip and return it to the school
office and pay £2 per child via Libacura, by Sunday 31st January 2016.
Due to fire regulations, we will now be distributing tickets and a register will be held at
the door. For this reason we would ideally like everyone to pay in advance via Libacura.
