BODHI is honored to represent the Sivananda yoga tradition at this year's Yoga
Mala. This is a charity event to contribute karmically to Le Garde-Manger pour tous, a
Montreal organization that provides underprivileged neighborhoods with healthy food

brigades of overscheduled, stressed folks trying to
inject some balance into their frenetic lives. It's not so much spiritual enlightenment
