Councillor Lohan declared a non-disclosable interest in application
2015/0161/ST as he was Ward Member for the area.
Councillor Lohan and Councillor Higgins declared a disclosable interest in application 2015/0083/NT as they were both members of the Brunts Charity who owned the site. Both Councillors left the meeting during discussion of this item.

Councillor Wetton proposed and Councillor Atherton seconded that the application be granted planning permission with conditions as detailed in the report, but with the withdrawal of Condition 7 together with the Note to
Applicant regarding the financial contribution.
The motion being put to the vote it was announced that the motion be carried by 10 votes for with 0 votes against and 0 abstentions.

Receipt of the following correspondence received after publication of the agenda was report verbally from the Applicant with regard to restricted hours of working. The Committee was advised therefore that the residential amenity issue had been removed.
In accordance with the Committee's Public Speaking Procedure the under mentioned spoke as indicated:
