management plans. AMENDMENT: Senate Environment, Conservation, and Tourism Committee
amendment 1 changes the language from "this Body" to the Senate of the 106th General
Assembly of the State of Tennessee. Urges congress to provide greatest authority to the states
regarding the management of solid waste so that the states may restrict the importation and
