IMPORTANT: All One Year students must complete all requirements for the FMM One Year Curriculum as indicated above. This
includes a minimum of One Major Area Elective and One Related Area Elective. An absolute minimum of 33.5-36.5 credits must be
completed in residence at FIT. A maximum of 15 credits may be taken as a non-matriculated student at FIT. No transfers or waivers
are accepted.
**INTERNSHIP: IC296/IC297/IC298
If you select an internship as your Related Area Elective, it is highly recommended to lighten your second semester credit load to no more
than 15 credits. Students should add a course to the first semester as necessary.
Students who plan to apply to the FMM B.S. Degree Program are strongly urged to meet with an advisor to review the pre-requisite
requirements during the first semester of the A.A.S. One Year Program. See note below.
NOTE: IMPORTANT FOR ANY STUDENT WHO PLANS TO APPLY TO THE FMM B.S. Degree Program: The courses listed
below are not required for completion of the One-Year A.A.S degree but ARE pre-requisites for FMM B.S. degree courses. These Prerequisite courses can be completed once students have begun the bachelor degree or added during the completion of the A.A.S. degree
program: SS141: Macro-Economics, MA222: Statistics, MG153: Excel for Business.
