JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Trade Marketing Executive – Stockist/TBH Channels Reporting to: Trade Marketing Manager This role reports to the Trade Marketing Manager, working with the UK, EU and NA sales teams, and the Trade to drive sales through marketing initiatives. The focus of the role is on the development & implementation of trade marketing plans to drive brand awareness and LFL sales through targeted activity and initiatives for all global stockists. As the interface between Sales and Marketing, a key part of the role is to ensure excellent communication and timely fulfilment of all activity to the highest standards, ensuring strong business results and ROI. Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities – Stockists & TBH, for all markets (excl. North America) Maintain the marketing content and communication on the B2B website – including writing and implement timely news stories to ensure Farrow & Ball is front of mind for the stockists and the site holds all the tools they require to sell F&B to their consumers. Produce monthly B2B reports based on agreed sales and marketing KPIs, to increase B2B usage and improve the customer experience online. Monthly communication updates for our global sales networks delivered through the B2B website including translating, programming and distribution as well as weekly communication for the European agents. Update and maintain the Stockist Information Packs ensuring information is relevant and accurate i.e. commercial terms, contact details etc. Planning through to execution of stockist events globally, including New and Existing Stockist Conferences. Evaluate the business results (ROI) gather learning; adjust plans based on results and feedback results to the business. Ensure the global marketing calendar is updated and maintained with all stockist activity Collate and maintain a stockist database/ library including full details of our stockists, their merchandising audit and images Administration, co-ordination and distribution of all marketing POS, merchandising and collateral ensuring that they are produced and delivered to the correct sales channel, RSM, RAE and Agent on time, including campaign collateral, window displays, brush out boards, web packs etc Provide day to day marketing support to the global sales teams including direct mail activity, co-op advertising opportunities, stockist advert requests, wallpaper cuttings, monitoring sales/marketing budget and raising non-IFS/IFS orders and Purchase Requisitions and Orders. Budget tracking Monitor, collate and maintain the Competitor Library and Monthly Pricing Reports. Become a competitor expert on the paint and paper industry, helping to educate other member of the team.
