We have included an example of what you should be thinking about what recording
an entry; remember this information contributes towards your assessments so it is
important that you keep track of your progress in your log book. The information that
you log here will help you write your evaluations. For each entry, you don’t need to
write under every heading, but remember not to write “good” or “ok”; your log book
is for you to reflect on how you are doing and think about what you need to improve,
what you are doing well in, etc.... You might want to include any research/
discussions that you have had that relates to your logbook entry.
You will notice that there are three different forms: 1 for rehearsals, 1 for self directed
study practical sessions and 1 for performances. There are guidelines for what to
include within your evaluations of your work.
There is one copy of each form; you should either photocopy them so you have one
for each entry and then type them up, or fill them out online.
