*NOTE: Additional course material is available to students at Winona State University Krueger
Library free of charge. The library has the Sporty's Tapes Volumes 1 - 6 at the reserve desk for
student viewing. These tapes are also available at the Winona Airport Flight Training Center.

Individuals should appear Monday, January 12, 2009 in Room 106, Stark Hall on the Winona State
University Campus at 7:00 PM in order to register for this course; or, if a full-time student, go
through normal Fall Semester Registration.
Note: Physics 205 the companion Course to 200 for FAA Ground School is a one-credit course,
which is co-taught with Physics 200. Physics 200 and 205 finals are scheduled for 04-21-08 at 6PM.
Note course cost for 205 is an additional $222.53 or part of one's bundle tuition fee (18 hours).

OUTCOMES for Fundamentals of Aviation Physics 200:
This course is designed and includes academic experiences in and out of the
classroom that promote and maximize each student’s abilities to meet the seven (7)
USP natural science course goals. In addition upon satisfactory completion of the
course each student will have attained three (3) semester hours toward the USP
natural science non laboratory requirement and reduce their graduation hour total.
When coupled with satisfactory completion of Physics 205 the student is now eligible
to take the FAA Private Pilot Airplane Written Knowledge Test.
