The importance and relevance of the sea for the Brazilian people.
The sea, it can never be defined just as a great quantity of salt
water. When we talk about sea, we are referring to a very varied group
of precious natural goods, which present as common characteristic of
being basis of an entire productive system Included in the system
energy sources, science and technology fundamental sectors, for the
improvement and the intensification of the world production and for
which the companies and governments of all of the countries have been
returning great quota of its attention and investment.
However, we observed with apprehension that there is a very
significant economical distance between the countries of the north and
countries of the south. Dominance exists where the industries of the
north are new every day, squeezing and dispersing the industry and
technology of the south. The money, the technological power, warlike
and industrialist of the world are in the United States, soon afterwards in
Japan, Germany, later comes France , United Kingdom, Spain, Italy,
Canada, Australia and maybe later Russia. Just Brazil and China,
represent the called third world, in very low conditions of technological
positioning, however they are great potencies that have to be very
respected in the current planetary moment. The world History always

repeats. Today, The United States is in great moral decadence and
hated by the rest of the world, they are the new Roman Empire in
deceits. Brazil and China are great potencies in ascension. Brazil, as
great western potency and China as the great oriental potency. Brazil
with a population of more than 180.000.000 of inhabitants and its
enormous territorial extension and extreme natural wealth is already
today one of the largest universal potencies. We are like Jean
Christophe Rufin, (the barbaric) "new and intelligent invaders of
empires", that came of the south and said.
The thinker Rufin declares: the wall of Berlin "Falls. It finishes the
communism”. A new order, more gentile sweeter world championship,
opens up for the developed countries of the north..." In silence, of the
jungles of South America, so hardly punished by centuries of
colonialism, a new danger appears in the occidental paradise: the
barbaric new arrivals of the south...
"The end of the East-west opposition, also brings the death of an idea:
the one of the myth of the universal development. During the cold war,
there were, between North and South just an economical difference... to
be overwhelmed. In the new order two enemies, see each other face to
face. There is no more possible solidarity relationship among them.
However, Rufin is not naive to the point of not recognize great
differences and rivalries among the countries of the north. It points the
values of four powers: the United States poles, United Europe, formerUSSR and Japan, having Canada and Australia, running on the outside,
with defined own objectives.
For geopolitics controversies, macro-economical, strategic and
warlike, the whole country that possesses, sea, coast, in short, it has to
recognize very important interests in the ocean. The whole country that
belongs for one day to transform in energy potency, capitalist, military,
has to foment interests in the sea. It needs to recognize, longings,

needs, social possibilities, cultural, economical and scientific in the vital
interest of the national sovereignty in the marine researches. Interest to
which, was stipulated to baptize of MARINE POLICY OF THE NATION.
The postulates of Marine Policy, those which preferentially should be
pertinent to economical objectives, geographical, political and military
need for its wide development of qualified possibilities and effective
conditions used properly, in other words, depends on a really intelligent
and modern posture of a true strategically mutation with real and
absolute geographical consequences, social, and later historical. This
new marine strategy, has to bring in its salience, a technological
potential, a record-financing capacity, a formatting of dynamic markets,
a super valorization of the technical acting and of the research,
modernization based on solid investments, in tip automatism, however
specific, competence, that came of the technical, relationships guided by
the commercial opportunities, allied to a Navy and Merchant, sponsored
with an excellent strategic performance in association with specific
ministries like: Agriculture, Industry and Trade, Science and Technology,
Tourism, Finance, as well as association and partnership with supplying
multiples of goods and services. For us to reach the full maturity of an
economical and social organization and policies by the times that we
lived, accomplishing multiple partnerships with, Investment banks, real
estate, builders, Commercial Banks, agents of investments, insurance
brokers, Foundations, NGOs, exchange brokers, commodities brokers,
stockbrokers, insurers, reinsures, financial, business contractors,
counselors of businesses, industries and other, so that we can proceed
the total exploration of our sea of 200 miles sea(The Brazilian sea is the
bigger continental sea in the world and our maritime plataform have the
bigger petroleum and gaz reserves of the world), with its industrialized
raw material, with manpower equations of the relationships between the
Brazilian man and the geographical space produced by them, to
accompany the incredible speed that the social economical unfolding

have developed in the new world in what we live. Inside of a new axis of
transformation of the Earth planet in the millennium, everything prepared
with extreme creativity and intelligence employed consciously and in a
convenient way the MARINE POWER.
Of methodical universal philosophy, multidisciplinary and generic, the
MARINE POWER, constituted of exceptional width of goals, objectives,
reputes, sciences and practices considerations of whole and any system
that, somehow is linked with the navigation, the draw boats transport,
the fishing (as well the oceanic as the craft), the sea geology, the sea
mineralogy, the creation of sea farms, the exploration of petroleum of
the sea sub-soil, the desalinization of the sea water(transform it in
drinking water and for irrigation ends), the nautical sports, elaborations
elaboration of seaman ships, the coastal population that integrates it,
the government policy that commands it, and mainly, the invigoration of
the real power of our people, being looked in our marine independence
a tonic that is precisely the existences of a sovereign jurisprudence on
our marine extension, our rivers, falls of water and our fluvial borders.
In our MARINE POWER, concentrates the largest wealth of the
world.
It is our job to establish attitudes founded in unilateral acts of
sovereignty. Mainly in the part of our territory that consists of a
continental platform which is formed by the soil covered by the sea in
narrow continuation to the continental lands. In other words, the
continental platform is that portion of sea soil that presents identical
geological constitution to the one of the lands uncovered by the waters.
The economic interest in the exploration of those regions is very big,
once the sheet of water that covers that earth portion, does not impede
an economical exploration of the industries and valuable wealth there
found.

The exact determination of the dimensions that can be assumed by
the continental platform there is in discussion of an international level,
does not obstructive the fact of the States, unilateral, as they make it
with the territorial sea, to fasten their own criteria.
It is comprehensible that the problem wins proportion only in the
measure in that the continental platform crosses the limits of the
territorial sea. In this, the State already exercises a power almost of full
sovereignty, including there, therefore the prerogative of exploring the
soil and the underground marines. The right to the exploration of the
continental platform allows its holder the possibility to explore the fauna,
the flora and the ores of the soil and underground of that platform,
without embargo that no longer belongs to them the waters that are
above.
For all of the supra-quoted causes, is of full importance to develop in
all of the communities that live in the spreads of the rivers, the creeks
populations which live to the spreads of the “igarapés” of the Amazonian
and the whole coastal population of Brazil. The marine vocation for the
exploration of all these wealth and the naval vocation, warrior worthy of
Marcílio Dias' traditions,(Heroe of the Brazilian’s war Navy), for us to
make the labors of patrolling of our sea and of our rivers, as well as it is
urgent, and this is one of the maximum purposes of our Foundation and
Institute, beginning with the Institute, the urgent creation together with
the Federal Government and Navy of the following National Coastal
organization:
Guard; Port police City Marine states; Policies; custom Police; decuple
the number of barracks of Marines, to create several arsenals of Navy,
creation of multiple private naval shipyards, with the consequent
construction of, frigates, corvettes, monitors, motor boats, rafts, ferryboats, disembarkation motorboats, submarines, bathyscaphes, minisubmarines, ships of transport of troops, ship-hospitals etc… Being all
those organisms, financed, projected, built and accomplished by our

Institute INAUB, under inspection and technical inspection of the
Brazilian Navy. And mainly, the creation of 45 nautical colleges in the
whole Brazilian territory, the first to be created by our Institute in the
located Ilha Comprida in the south coast of the state of São Paulo.
Because, there is not and there won't be MARINE POWER, without
NAVAL POWER, armed arm of the MARINE POWER, destined to
defend the interests of the Nation in the sea, and, to guarantee with
courage, science and technology, the integrity and sovereignty. Without
the naval power we would be in grace to the rage without limits of the
potencies of the north, of our own neighbors Latin-Americans, of the
forces of the nark traffic, acting in our fluvial borders, that are the largest
of the world and they are today dismantled by absolute lack of money,
and specialized colleges in defense. Its an absurd a country of the size
of Brazil, possess (for this whole immense territorial extension), a single
naval college, located in “Angra dos Reis”, its strongly due to its tradition
and excellent teaching standard.
In the Brazilian case, the marine interests are historical and wide. The
sea was our discovery road of colonization, of intrusions, of
independence consolidation, of trade and of assaults, besides weapon
of defense of the sovereignty in several episodes, besides two world
wars last century.
Of the economical point of view, 95% of the whole Brazilian commerce
is transported by sea, which means, between exports and imports,
something around a hundred billion dollars a year. Unassuming the cost
of the own freight, that rotates around six billion annual dollars, almost
the same value of the revenue obtained with the whole iron ore export,
soy and coffee.
Besides, 80% of the national extracted petroleum of the underground
sea is in a million barrels a day. Of the sea it also extracts an infinity of
other economic resources as the natural gas (today very important), the

fishing, exploration of gold, emeralds, diamonds, culinary salt, salt for
the cattle, pearls, shell , kelp, crustaceans, oysters, shellfishes, active
beginnings for several types of medicines, uranium and a vast range of
composed organic, and any raw material. Such almost limitless source
tends to sharpen the interests and to develop dependences. In the
Brazilian case, where today it represents a lot, it can become the virtual
economical border for the future. Brazil has the richest sea of the world!
It is Important to us considered all this, that, from the most remote
antiquity, the shock of interests has been the origin of the wars, so much
among individuals as among nations. The magnitude of the interests of
Brazil, fact its load, recommends deep reflection, about the nature of the
pressures and the crises. That, can come to face, due to antagonistic
interests, particularly considering that the called "new world order" still
keeps a sad similarity with the previous since it divides the planet in two
halves, the rich north and the very poor south. It seems there is not to
be doubts as the Utopian nature of the idea, that is possible to
overcome such
potentially unbalance with absolute absence of
divergences generating of antagonisms. We cannot allow our wealth to
be explored and stolen by the countries of the north. We have to take
precautions against the interests of the United States, that teaches at
their schools that the Amazonian no longer belongs to Brazil and do not
accepts our 200 nautical miles.
OBJECTIVES OF INAUB AND OF FUNAUB
1 - To create, starting from the first that it will be settled at “ILHA
CUMPRIDA”, in area of our property, in the state of São Paulo, 45
(FORTY FIVE) NAUTICAL COLLEGES, in the whole Brazilian territory,
with total financial support of GBL. GROUP BARBOSA LEITE, without

any expenses for the Brazilian Navy. Instead, doing that the 45
NAUTICAL COLLEGES, be always important and perennial nuclei of
abundant receptions resources for the Brazilian Navy.
2 - The NAUTICAL COLLEGES of INAUB will receive Brazilian youths
of both sexes faintly.
3 - The courses will be of technical collegiate level with minimum life of
three years old.
4 - All of the courses will be from the beginning to the end having
exalted military and patriotic education, because, although they prepare
the youths for the civilian life, they will grant to the students that have
military vocation, in more two years of preparation. The following
specific courses of INAUB are:
4.1 - National Coastal protection.
4.2 - Private, City and state Port police.
4.3 - Police City and tidewaiter state.
4.4 - Patrolling fluvial matters, City and state.
4.5 - Police of flat carriers, ferryboat, marine and fluvial terminals.
4.6 - Keeps ecological of beaches, tourism and resorts.
All the youths, that study the courses of INAUB will be exempt of the
military service. Because, INAUB will work as NAVAL SHOT, to
example of what happens with the SHOTS OF WAR OF THE ARMY,
because, they will have excellent education and military training
returned to the naval power, and the whole military training will be
supplied by reformed personnel of the Navy, which will win the double of
its sum for having reformed as complementary salary, paid by GBL.
GROUP BARBOSA LEITE.
The uniforms of the institutors, directors of INAUB, students and
Professors of the NAUTICAL COLLEGES of INAUB, will be the following
ones:

5.1 - Daily summer uniform : khaki cap with the badge of INAUB in gold,
khaki dolmen with shoulder straps in black color with the degree
anchors, golden buttons, khaki shirt with appropriate symbols to position
and hierarchy in the collar, black tie, belt of coarse linen cloth, puts on
khaki, black ankle socks, black shoes. In this khaki Uniform, when of the
order of the day, the khaki cap can be substituted by bipeak of two beaks
equal to the FAB, (just in the format) of khaki color, being allowed in
days of intense searing heat, shirt with short sleeves, in bell form, until
the elbow, with white shirt underneath and use of the bipeak of two
beaks, also fitting the usage of shorts with pockets, in khaki color with
black ankle socks and black tennis.
5.2 - Winter uniform and days of rain (walk and internal): white cap with
the badge of INAUB in gold, dólmen blue navy type blazer with couple
row of golden buttons, white shirt, black tie, (puts on blue navy), belt of
black leather, black ankle socks, black shoes.
5.3 - Parades, pomp and walk in the summer: white cap with the badge
of INAUB in gold, white shirt of sleeve tans (coarse linen cloth), with
sleeve in form of a bell in the elbows, blue navy shoulder straps, white
coarse linen cloth belt, white ankle socks and white shoes.
5.4 - The girls will use the exactly uniform, with modification of the pants
for fair skirt and similar hat to the feminine body of the Navy and of PMs
of the states.
All of the areas where will be located the NAUTICAL COLLEGES, they
will be donated by the City halls or for entrepreneurs of the private
initiative.
The whole constructional material will be supplied by GBL. GROUP
BARBOSA LEITE and by their partners and associated.

and marine, as well as the metropolitan civil Protections.
The students will enter at seven o’clock sharp in the morning,
they stop at 12:30, they eat lunch from the 12:30AM to 1:30 PM, they
have half time for leisure, readings, music, they return to study at
2:00PM, and they study strait until 5:30PM. From 6:00PM to 9:00PM for
those who wants, there will be available the following courses and
activities, which will be available for the whole community of the city
where is located the Nautical College:

The first Nautical College INAUB, will be set up by the GBL-GROUP
BARBOSA LEITE, in ILHA CUMPRIDA, south coast of the state of São
Paulo.
Capitalization of the enterprise:
There will be built, two hundred chalets, which will be sold divided in four
quotas. Each quota, will be sold to the price of R$ 25.181,00 (twenty-five
thousand, hundred and eighty in Real), it will be paid in thirteen monthly
and successive quotas of R$1.937, 00. A first quota in the value of R$
l.937,00 it is the view’s commission, it pays in the act of the contracting,
to the broker that comes to sell the quota. Therefore, 12 quotas remain
for the enterprise. Two hundred chalets, R$ 100.724,00 each one,
(25.181,00 times 4 quotas for chalet), means R$ 20.144.800,00
(TWENTY MILLION, A HUNDRED AND FORTY FOUR THOUSAND

If we count with the universities, faculties, schools and colleges of all the
other outlying cities of the São Paulo city, it will total more than forty-one
cities, as we saw above, we can infer that we have an universe of
buyers in the order of 1825 private educational institutions, being just
computed a number of 25 establishments by city .And, we have only
800 quotas to sell, which are relative to the total enterprise.
How will the system of quotas work:
Each quota will grant to its owner, the Right of use of the chalet, during
one complete week of the month, Sunday to Sunday, all of the months
of the year, doing a total of 12 complete weeks per year during a
lifetime, as well as to their successors, children, grandchildren and
great-grandsons, tends the owner of this quota the Right of the definitive
deed of its ideal quota of each chalet. In other words, each acquirer of
each quota, will have the definitive deed of its chalet in the
proportionality of 25% of the real estate. This means that the person that
comes to acquire our quotas, is not acquiring "team-sharing". They are

(SHARED TIME) acquiring inside of the accordance of the national real
estate law, a legitimate property.
Each chalet will be built in pure Brazilian hardwood, totally treated
against germs, rats, sprayed with insecticide, totally immune to termites
and other curses. Each chalet will be treated with every rigidity, with the
most sophisticated wood treatments and imported special varnishes of
last generation. Being a tremendously solid construction.
Each chalet, will have 46 square meter area indeed built, and it will
contain: hardwood doors; colonial windows of beaten iron; tiles of roman
mud; roman wooden floor; electrical in hardwood with synteko; or old
step in granite or slate; lining; complete planned kitchen.
Each chalet, will contain: room of two environments; kitchen; social
bathroom; complete balcony for up to six chairs; two bedrooms; shelter
for two records. Being all built in sucupira, canals, cherry tree, treated
pine and other woods. Each chalet will already have in each room, four
hardwood bunk beds. This means, that each chalet, holds in their two
bedrooms, eight students, and, other two can sleep in the room’s sofa.
In other words, in each chalet, we can accommodate 10 (TEN) coming
students of the colleges, universities and faculties buyers of our quotas.
Each chalet will have total decoration in the following way: tables,
chairs, sofas (in hardwood); bamboo, cane of India, rush, straw,
piaçaba, thatch, wicker, ratami. Plus: minibar; electrical stove ;
microwave; binder; plates ; glasses; mugs; tableware; air conditioning;
roof fans ;American bar; television of twenty inches; shelf; shower ;

The Nautical College INAUB will work in boarding school regime, in the
style of the Military Academies, with capacity for 6.000 young. It will be
collected of each young per month a payment of R$ 385,00 (THREE
HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FIVE REAL),per month, witch will do
independent of what collected with the guests. An amount of R$
2.770.000,00 (TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY
THOUSAND REAL), per month. In R$385,00 per month, they will
already be properly and completely lodging charges including: bed
clothes; (comforters, blankets, sheets, pillowcases everything of good
quality) light; water; fruits; milk, varied creams, ice creams, yogurts,
cheeses and flowed; mineral water of good quality, vitamins; books,
technical magazines, photographic material, computer science material,
computer science supplies, study aids; cassette; training videos; videos
of instructions; psychological and pedagogic attendance, pedagogic
orientation, spiritual orientation, technical instructions, use of the

The colleges, universities and private faculties that acquire our quota,

As each quota is to be monthly charged of the colleges, universities and
faculties, costs R$ 1.937,00 per month, and, in each chalet, as we
already saw previously in this project, 10 (TEN) fit accommodate, one
for time accommodated, we have therefore, a collection in terms of hotel
daily rates in the basis of each daily rate, to R$ 85,00, of R$ 850,00 a
day.( R$85,00 x 10 accommodations). Therefore, in one week it is
collected in terms of daily rates, the amount of R$ 5.950,00 (FIVE
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY REAL), per week of use on
the part of the youths or school Professors, college, university or faculty.
This means, that, an university, foundation, college, school, faculty or
similar, that buy our quota, in the price of R$ 1.937,00 (A thousand nine
hundred and thirty seven Real), per month, for twelve months, when it is
in the possession of its monthly week in the chalet, when putting in the
chalet, during the week, of us acquired, in the week that possesses of
right, their students, Professors or even parents and family of the
students, it already pays automatically their R$1.937,00, which will be

subtracted of R$5.950,00 that the school will receive from lodging, and,
it will still profit from liquid, the sum of R$ 4.010,00, per month, besides
abating 100% of the income tax, R$1.937,00 for investment in
ecosystems; ecology, education, researches, the youth's development,
sports and citizenship. INAUB, will collect of each school a monthly
payment of R$ 1.000,00 which will be discounted of the R$ 4.010,00,
that they remain, liquid to each school, as rate of administration hotel,
maintenance of the equipments, being therefore for the acquirer of the
quota, the importance of R$ 3010,00 .The university can deal with us, a
complete chalet, paying for us a monthly payment of R$ 8.000,00 or,
five chalets, paying for the same ones a monthly payment in the order of
R$ 35.000,00 what means a fabulous profit for the university granted to
the great discount that we are presenting in this case.
STATUTE OF INAUB
First article - INAUB, will be whenever possible, linked to the Navy
OF BRAZIL, to IBAMA, TO THE GENERAL OFFICE OF DEFENSE OF

SPAIN; ITALY; HOLLAND AND FRANCE), to the Merchant marine

Second article - INAUB will be constituted by the following
categories of monetary contributory partners, contributors, patron
and sponsors:
1. FOUNDERS - They will Be only 50 partners collaborating
sponsors, that will contribute with money, laboratories, boats,
machines, vehicles and equipments donated to INAUB. These
partners founders, contributors monetary sponsors, will be: great
entrepreneurs, insurers, multinational companies, bankers, owners
of financial, owners of business banks, owners of laboratories,
owners of industries, stockbrokers, commodities brokers, owners
of great stores and magazines, rectors of universities, owners of
colleges, owners of faculties, owners of technical schools, owners
of computer science schools, investors.
2. EFFECTIVE - they will Be the COUNCIL and the GREAT COUNCIL
of INAUB. The GREAT COUNCIL will be the LARGER STATE of
INAUB, and it will have five life effective members. The COUNCIL,
will have 10 (TEN) members. These counselors will be suitable and

voted by their largest or smaller attributions, mass of financial
resources, donations, patronages and responsibilities inside of the
several teaching divisions that will compose INAUB, as well as
loyalty, tradition, history and companionship close to the

3. MERITORIOUS - they will be considered, graduates and
decorated the natural persons or juridical that they contribute
concretely, in a systematic way, financially substantial with
excellent patronages, for increase and perennial modernization of
INAUB.
4. FEES - The ones that give prestige to INAUB, and to it give
services of more it exultant relevance to criterion of G.C.M.
(GREAT COUNCIL OF INAUB).
5. BADGE OF INAUB - THE badge of INAUB is the following: A
white swan of open wings, registers the feet on a Portuguese
medieval nautical shield, for us to evoke the traditions of the
SCHOOL OF SAGRES, and of our PORTUGAL MOTHERLAND,
which without we would not exist, where in the central field of the
referred shield, in blue navy enamel, it stands out in a gold caravel.
This shield for its time leans on in a gold ribbon where it is read in
live red: FORCE AND HONOR! Slogan of the Roman legions. The
drafts in red color, will be a homage of INAUB, to the traditional Marines
BODY OF BRAZIL, in function of this color of blood, to symbolize the
courage and the determination of the same ones. The white swan
symbolizes the peace, the beauty, the serenity. The medieval
Portuguese shield, the School of Sagres, that means the nautical
teaching in all its tradition and fullness. The blue navy, in brilliant

enamel, the sea ocean. The caravel evokes us the fabled Iberian
nautical traditions, decisive in the construction of the New World, allied
to the force, to the trade and to the discoveries, forces these, decisive in
the exchange among the nations. Force and Honor, they are strong
words of obvious meaning, that speak for itself . However written in redblood in honor to our Marines. Force and Honor will be based on top of
the Latin word ADSUMUS, that has its own sense, the meaning of being
PRESENT. And, in figurative sense HERE we are! Reflecting the
readiness and the permanent state of readiness of that professional and
heroic troop, that is the spirit that should orientate forever and ever the
professional life of our student-cadets of INAUB.
6. FLAG OF INAUB - the flag of INAUB, will be of azure color, (blue
overseas very clear, however with high definition of the blue-sky
color), tends to our mean badge exactly as described in the clause
above.
7. CAPS - In the caps of INAUB, the swan will be golden, as well as
in the khaki bicpeak. In the black caps, in the flag, in the handles it will
be indeed white swan.
8. HYMNS - THE official Hymn of INAUB, will be the “CISNE
BRANCO”. And, the second hymn, “AQUARELA DO BRASIL”.
9. INAUB UNIFORM - It will just be entitled to the usage of the
INAUB UNIFORM, which will be used by the sponsors in
solemnities, just the partners sponsors and monetary contributors
that are indeed framed as natural persons, or still as natural
persons legitimate representatives of the legal entities that make
possible concretely and with duration, the following services and

Concept and philosophy of the uniform use by INAUB.
We opted for the use of 03 (THREE) basic uniforms, strictly inside of
the spirit of the law, the uniform has no relationship with the uniform of
the Navy of Brazil, because we do not want problems with the Navy.

The white uniform, is an universal usage of the yacht-clubs, of the
tourism boats, of tourism ships, of sailing boats clubs, of the merchant
marines, from the crossing rivers of boats canals, of the DERSA ferryboats, of nautical clubs, it is used freely in the theater, in the carnival, in
school parties, in the sailors parties, in the movies, in television, in the
fishing boats of long course, in the college bands and fanfares etc… The
uniform composed by blazer, style coat in the blue navy color with
couple row of buttons also golden. Being besides common, elegant men
will be dressed with blue navy blazers, coat with golden buttons, usually
in cold days. The white and blue navy marine uniform, are totally
liberated for civil use, in the following forms: Merchant marine, yacht
clubs, passenger’s ships, ships of tourism, tourism boats, oil tankers,
fishing ships, great load fishing boats, nautical clubs, inland waterway
navigation companies, crossing boats, sea scouts, private yachts, plays,
movies, television, colleges, etc… As we won’t use any badge of the
Navy or merchant, we are strictly inside of the law. The khaki color
uniform for daily use, nothing has to do with any type of khaki color
uniform, today used by military force, or any Brazilian military police. Our
khaki uniform, for the beauty of the style and for the elegance that
provides, it was totally inspired in a classic uniform, in fact never used in
Brazil, that is the complete khaki uniform, examined copy of the khaki
uniform used by the North American navy, (as it is in the old movies)
during to Second World War, today it is no longer used in the United
States. We will copy everything. Even the North American cap style, that
does not have anything to do with any type of cap used today in Brazil,
and, of the bipeak of two beaks. Everything exactly equal to the North
American model of the 2nd world war, besides the models of
decorations in small squares. Only that everything, with our badge and

We want that INAUB, starting from ILHA CUMPRIDA, always inside of the
same molds, standards and odd quality of studies, researches and services, and
however, in the other cities which we will quote below, will only put 50 (fifty)
wood houses, by INAUB, for the fact of the financial conditions of the other
places not to be the same of São Paulo. In addition, because, ILHA
CUMPRIDA has to be larger, for being the national headquarters of INAUB.

As well as a great number of military instructors or to the totality of the same
ones when there is no interest of the Navy in collaborating with its personnel
reserve or reformed. The personnel of the local Military police will compose it.
These local police officers can be in active, of the reserve or reformed. When
we say that we will have military instruction in the NAUTICAL COLLEGES
of INAUB, it is more than evident that we will not have modern or

sophisticated weapons, especially because it is not legally allowed to us. In fact,
we will not possess any weapon. Our military instruction in example of what
happens in most of the Shots of War, and, in the north- Americans military
colleges, it will be made being used the old Belgian snaps of the First World
War, or old rifles in disuse, that they stay inactive in the arsenals of the Military
police and of the Army. Still, we will order to manufacture in solid wood, in
our own joineries, operetta rifles for theatrical usage, just for us to supply the
classic military instructions and for us to luster granting more impact.
Seriousness and patriotism to our parades, administrative rules, portals and
sentries. The students that want to choose for being: protection-coastal;
maritime police; policemen of warehouses and customs terminals; securities of

Brazilian rivers; civil defense. The reformed military policemen or not, that
integrate themselves to INAUB, will have to dress the uniforms of INAUB and
to assume the offices of INAUB, when in service of the same, or in the parades,
events and commemorations.
