 Usage of Disney assets, including but not limited to photos, logos, properties,
may only be used in developing print advertising and collateral; May not be
used for reasons (i.e. personal use, stationary, gifts, etc) described otherwise.
 Disney art and photos may not be cropped or altered in any way.
 Art or copy should not run across any Disney photographs.
 The copyright notice “©Disney” must be included at the bottom left corner of
each photograph, or, if multiple images are used on one page a disclaimer
at the bottom of the page must read:

 When referring to the trademarks, names and properties (see below) please
use registration symbols, capitalization, and offsetting as indicated. The
trademarks, names and properties need to be treated as adjectives, followed
by a noun, and must be offset (set apart) from the main copy.
 Offsetting can be achieved by utilizing italics, bold type, different/contrasting
color type, or all CAPS.

“Disneyland” is offset (in this case it is italicized)

“®” is subscript

Nouns must be placed after the trademarks
(in this case “Resort” after Disneyland®)
