Terms: All billed invoices are due within 10 days. New advertisers and open rate advertisers are required to pay prior to publication. Invoices over 30 days
will incur a 3% late charge.
Materials: Electronic submission by e-mail. Images should be submitted in individual JPEG, TIFF, EPS files. Pre-designed ads will only be accepted in PDF
file format.
Preprinted Inserts Rates: $67.75 per thousand. To place inserts in the OC Magazine, please make arrangements by contacting the ad department or emailing valleysales@embarqmail.com. Payment and/or company insertion order must be received in our office prior to sending inserts to the printer. Inserts
may be mailed or delivered, arriving at the printer one week before the Friday publication date of the OC Magazine. All boxes of inserts must be labeled with
the customer name, name of paper, publication date and count.
