COMPUTER SKILLS
I have a substantial experience using scientific packages such as Mathematica, Maple, Latex
Editor, Scientific Workplace as well as Microsoft office. I am adept at programming in
C/C++ and Matlab. While working on my Ph.D. program at Kent State University I
took several high level computer science classes, including Data Structures, Algorithms, and
Computer Architecture.
COURSES TAUGHT
DePaul University:
Business Calculus & Business Statistics, Department of Mathematical Sciences, Autumn
Quarter, 2003-2004.
Kent State University:
College Algebra (3 Semesters), Pre-Calculus(3 Semesters), and Elementary Statistics (2
Semesters).
King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM):
Algebra and Trigonometry, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, and Calculus for Business and Social Sciences ( a number of times) .
TEACHING INTERESTS
I am interested in teaching courses in all areas of mathematics. In addition, my background
in Computer Science and Statistics makes it possible for me to teach basic computer science
courses and most statistics courses.
