2015 UNISA CTA Thuthuka Programme CTA Level 1 and Level 2 A dedicated programme offering contact sessions in Pretoria The Fasset funded Unisa CTA Thuthuka programme, covers tuition fees, textbooks, weekly contact sessions, a soft skills workshop & mentoring Do you qualify? Eligibility requirements: • Only Black African learners who are South African citizens, by birth or became a South African citizen before 27 April 1994, with a valid South African identity document may apply; who are • Existing UNISA students complying with the selection criteria below; or • Other students who were unsuccessful in their first attempt from other SAICA - accredited universities who have successfully applied for admission to CTA at Unisa. CTA level 1 selection (full-time on weekdays) Requirements based on third year results: • Passed all third year modules in one academic year; and • Successfully applied for admission to CTA level 1 at Unisa; or • Repeaters if they have a minimum overall average mark of 40% for CTA level 1 modules and meet the university progression rules. CTA level 2 selection (full-time on weekdays and part-time on Saturdays) Requirements based on CTA level 1 results: • Successfully applied for admission to CTA level 2 at Unisa. • Repeaters if they have a minimum overall average mark of 40% for CTA level 2 modules and meet the university progression rules.
