EXHIBIT SET UP Monday, February 22, 2016– 1:00pm – 5:00pm Please note that Exhibitor set‐up will take place beginning at 1:00 pm and must be completed by 5:00 pm on February 22nd. SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH 1. Entrance 2 to the stadium floor of University of Phoenix Stadium will be open for set‐up beginning at 1:00 pm on February 22nd. Complimentary parking will be available EP lot. 2. All hand‐carried booth materials must be brought through Entrance 2. 3. The use of hand trucks is strictly prohibited at University of Phoenix Stadium. We suggest that all large or heavy items be shipped to the advanced warehouse address. Please refer to the exhibitor manual for shipping dates and addresses. BOOTH SPACE 1. Approximate space dimensions are 10' deep x 10' wide, 10’ deep x 20’wide and 20’deep x 20’ wide. 2. Standard 10’ x 10’ space includes: a. 6’ table with white vinyl top and skirt b. 2 facility chairs c. ID signage Note: Electricity must be purchased by the exhibitor. BOOTH BREAKDOWN Dismantle may begin at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, February 24th. 1. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to make shipping and handling arrangements for your booth materials. Shepard Exposition Services is the official contractor and all outbound shipping must be handled through them. 2. Move‐out must be completed by 7:00 pm.
