Manawatu 126th A&P Show November 3rd and 4th 2012
Dear Beef Exhibitor
Firstly I would like to thank you all for being part of our 126th Show for 2012. This letter is just to let
you all know that you need to bring your own cattle feed and other relevant entry information to
make your weekend at the Show a successful one.
Vehicle & Exhibitor Entry Pass:
Enclosed is your wristband. The wristbands are to be secured to your wrist as they are your gate
entry throughout the two days of the Show. In the event you do not have your wristband you will
be asked to pay a gate entry fee. Vehicle access is through Gate 4 which is off Kawa Kawa Rd,
Feilding.
Feed: All exhibitors supply their own.
All Breeds Judging starts Sunday 4th November at 10.00am sharp.
This will be held in the Stadium. As Beef is a one-day show, please be ready for your classes on
time.
Entry to the stadium: All Cattle are housed in the Stadium this year. We ask that all beef cattle do
not enter the Stadium until after 5:00pm on Saturday 3rd.
