Millersville University of Pennsylvania Crime Rates and Statistics This report, prepared by the Millersville University Police, is published in compliance with Pennsylvania Act 1988-73, the College and Security Information Act. The crime rate is computed as follows: the number of crimes in each category is divided by the gross number of full-time equivalent (FTE) students and employees. For example, in 2011, the University had 8,414 FTE students, employees, and 5 known burglaries. To calculate the crime rate: 5 burglaries for 8,414 FTE= .00052 burglaries per FTE.
