The Chapter 11 filings will have virtually no impact on Verso’s day-to-day operations. We fully intend to operate our business as usual throughout the Chapter 11 process and expect to continue its pre-existing customer programs without interruption.

While this may include routine pricing adjustments on certain of the company’s products, these decisions would be made in the ordinary course of business, based on a thorough analysis of input and production costs, as well as changes in market supply and demand.
Will Verso continue to make and deliver its products without interruption?
Verso filed first day motions with the Bankruptcy Court to enable us to continue to purchase the wood and other materials needed to run our mills. We don’t anticipate any disruption in our supply chain or in our ability to deliver products to our customers.
Will Verso continue to offer all of the same products? Will the company be forced to shut down some mills and product lines as part of the Chapter 11 process?

Will Verso be able to get the needed credit from its suppliers to make the products that customers need?
Verso fully intends to operate its business as usual throughout the Chapter 11 process, including paying all of its suppliers in the ordinary course of business for any goods and services delivered on or after the Chapter 11 petition filing date.

Will the mills have any supply disruption problems with raw materials?
Verso does not anticipate any interruption in its supply chain or in the company’s ability to manufacture and deliver high quality products to its customers as a result of the Chapter 11 process.
How is Verso planning to retain customers? Will the company offer additional incentives?

Are customers’ currently accrued rebates at risk?

Do customers need to take any action with respect to existing orders?
Verso fully intends to operate its business as usual throughout the Chapter 11 process. Accordingly, there is no reason to take any action related to existing orders and customers should continue to work with their existing contacts at the company.
Will Verso maintain its customer service and technical field service teams at the same level?
Verso fully intends to operate its business as usual with an unwavering focus on exceptional service to customers. Customers should expect the same level of service, including the same level of access to customer service and technical field service teams.
Are customer Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) still valid?
Verso fully intends to operate its business as usual and to uphold the terms of its Confidential
Disclosure and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Customers should not see any change in their day-today interactions with the company.
Customers will be expected to continue honoring their existing obligations under current contracts.
How will customers be kept informed about the progress of the Chapter 11 process?
