PAYMENT/CARTPolicy
CART Policy - Items can remain in a cart for only 2 hours. They will then be available for others to purchase.
Once an item is purchased it is immediately unpublished from the site. If you are interested in an item that is
listed as unavailable someone may have the item reserved in their cart. Check back to confirm that it was
actually purchased by someone else. New items are added daily.
PAYMENT Policy - All payments are processed through PayPal. Remember that PayPal accepts all major
credit cards even if you don't have a PayPal account.
RETURNPolicy
A savvy customer is a happy customer!
Please pay special attention to sizing before making a purchase. As with many re-sale dealers, sizing
measurements on all clothing are made while the garment is laying flat. We do not double the measurement.
FROCK Shop recommends that you know the measurements of your favorite fitting garments prior to
purchasing like items online. Simply lay your best fitting garments on a flat solid surface (kitchen table,
hardwood floors) and measure the areas that fit perfectly.
Many FROCK Shop items are pre-owned unless otherwise indicated and are hand selected to have the least
amount of wear and damage possible. We make every effort to describe flaws (if any) the merchandise may
have within the product description.
COMPUTER MONITORS & COLOR
We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please feel free to email us for
additional details about color if an exact color match is important to your purchase.
FROCKShopREVIVAL.com sales are final. Returns will be considered only if a product has been grossly
misrepresented. We must be contacted via email within 24 hours of the package receipt in order to consider
a return. If a return is made we must receive the product within 7 days of the approved claim. Once we have
received the item the full cost of the item will be promptly refunded via PayPal provided the merchandise is
in the same condition in which it was sent out. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Shipping
fees are NOT refunded.

Shows all sales are final.
SHIPPINGPolicy
Items are shipped at the lowest possible price.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase Monday ~ Saturday using the United States
Postal Service. Packages typically arrive within 3~5 business days. Once your package has been shipped you
will receive an email (at the email address provided) from the USPS. If you would like expedited shipping (at
an additional charge) please send along an email to frockshopblog-caroline@yahoo.com .
