Hudson-Ellis Grants Request for Grant Proposals 2014 Made possible through the generosity of Lottie B. Ellis and other donors who established funds through bequests for the good of Boyle County The Hudson-Ellis Advisory Board is pleased to announce that grants will be awarded to 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, schools, and exempt governmental units or their subdivisions serving Boyle County. To apply, please email a two page letter (maximum) and IRS Letter of Determination by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 to Kassie Branham at kbranham@bgcf.org. Letters must be clearly labeled to include: Description of grant request Amount requested Direct impact this project will have on Boyle County Detailed project budget narrative (actual cost per item for budget) Committed or proposed funders Anticipated outcomes of project and measurement Supporting documentation from any collaborating agencies (Up to 2 additional pages accepted) All 501(c)3 organizations that wish to apply for grants must have a complete GoodGiving.net portrait. Goodgiving.net is a powerful online search engine that will enhance the visibility of your organization and educate the community about your mission and programs. Schools and exempt government units are not eligible to have GoodGiving.net portraits, but will be asked to provide supporting documentation. Grant amount requested should not exceed $10,000. A committee of Boyle County citizens will review the letters and decide which agencies will be awarded grants.
