II.
Payment Conditions :
All fees in the General Sales Conditions under the title « 2014 Fees Guide » are presented
without VAT. The standard VAT rate, calculated on the day each services is carried out, is
additionally applied. The guide specifies the particular conditions required for each type of
service carried out within the Dole Jura Airport. All fee-based services may be modified at
any time, notably in the event of a change in regulatory, legislative and economic
circumstance.
Invoices are established in accordance with the rates applicable on the day each service is
carried out.
Nighttime services carry a 25% additional charge. Nighttime is defined as 21h00 to 6h00
local time.
1.
Payment Methods
Fees may be paid :
In cash with the Traffic/Operations Department at the Airport.
By invoices sent by Dole Jura Airport at the end of the month if the customer refuses
immediate payment.
In the case of payment deferred to the end of the month, an additional fee to cover document
processing will be applied: 10.00 € excluding tax.
By bank or postal cheque made out to the SEADJ

2.
Payment Deadline
Our invoices are to be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the invoice.
3.
Payment Follow-up Procedure
Any payment not received within the appointed deadline will be subject to a debt collection
procedure involving :
Initial follow-up 15 days after the invoice deadline has expired.
Second follow-up 30 days after the invoice deadline has expired.
Third follow-up by registered mail with receipt acknowledgement 45 days after the
invoice deadline has expired.
The following fines will be applied: legal rate of 1,5 x (law 92 - 1442)
In the event that payment is still not received within two weeks of the final follow-up, the
customer file will be immediately forwarded to the disputed claims department.
4.
Aeronautical Fees
If the company benefits from VAT exemption, it has to send the official certificates to
the Traffic/Operations Department.
All aeronautical fees are payable in cash at the Traffic/Operations Department in Dole Jura
Airport before take-off.
However, certain airport users are excluded from this obligation and are therefore invoiced on
a regular basis. There is the possibility of creating a fixed price between the Dole Jura Airport
and certain permanently based companies, involved in either scheduled and/or regular private
or commercial flights.
For the opening of any regular line or for any proposal leading to a significant increase of
traffic at Dole Jura Airport, a reduction both in landing fees and a support package may be
offered by Dole Jura Airport.
The following conditions could be applied to companies which offer a significant increase of
traffic at Dole Jura Airport:

Grounding of aircraft
If an unpaid invoice is transfered to the disputed claims department or if payment is refused,
the procedure outlined by article R224-4 of the Civil Aviation code will be applied/
“ Fees are collected from users to cover the operating costs of the airport’s constructions,
installations, buildings and equipment. If an aircraft operator falls into a situation of nonpayment, the airport operator is allowed to request the airport’s air traffic control authority to
ground the aircraft in question until the disputed fees are taken care of.”
6.
Miscellaneous
Surveillance and protection of aircraft, vehicles, materials and merchandise using the Dole
Jura Airport’s installations are not the Airport’s responsibility, nor the State’s, and both
entities are devolved of any liability for loss or damages which are not the result of their
actions or the actions of their employees.
7.
APU
To avoid noise pollution, the use of APUs will not be allowed for no longer than 30 minutes
following arrival and 30 minutes before departure of an aircraft.

III.
Introduction:
It is the customer’s responsability to inform Dole Jura Airport regarding any modifications to
their fleet : purchases, sales, rentals, aircraft modifications… under penalty of receiving an
invoice for services the customer did not incur or for erroneously applied fees.
IV.
Application of V.A.T :
VAT applies to airport services at the “standard” rate (20% as of 01/01/2014).
IMPORTANT: in order to benefit from VAT exemption, French airline companies must be
listed in annex to the instructions of the Tax Law Department (DLF – Direction de la
Legislation Fiscale) of July 6, 2007. This list remains current until it is modified or rescinded.
N.B. : As long as a company is not included on the list mentioned above, the SEADJ will
apply standard VAT and, in the event of a change, the aircraft owner should understand that
any invoices already issued will not be reconciled to reflect updated status. Any changes will
become effective from the date the certificate is received (Post mark as proof).

Guidance equipment fees:
The fee for using the guidance lighting must be paid by any aircraft conducting a flight or a
landing at the airport open to public air traffic, either at night or during the day with bad
visibility, either requested by aircraft captain or « for security reasons upon order of the
guidance equipment manager”.
Aeronautical nighttime is determined by consulting official sunrise minus 30 minutes and
official sunset plus 30 minutes.

General conditions of service:
Assistance is provided to the extent of the Dole Jura Airport’s capabilities and coforms to all
currently applied regulations. Dole Jura Airport is committed to ensuring the proper execution
of planned services and, excepting force majeure, avoiding any delay in their execution.
In the event of assistance needed for several craft at the same time, priority will be given
to regular service airlines and then to the aircraft which need to respect deadlines.
Assistance fees for aircraft weighing more than 6 tons will be discounted 30% for an aircraft
arriving with passengers and leaving empty, and 20% for a craft arriving empty and leaving
with passengers. Technical assistance is discounted by 50% for the technical and commercial
assistance of the aircraft in question.

The air transport companies must indicate the number of passengers at the Operation Office of
Dole Jura Airport. If this information is not available, the number of charged passengers will
correspond to the maximum capacity of the aircraft type (manufacturer specification).

holder is allowed to issued temporary occupancy authorizations or permits amounting to
property rights in the national public domain which are given under the conditions explained
by articles L34-1 and R57-1 to R57-9 of the French State-Owned Property Code.
 It follows that the SEADJ is authorized to charge fees corresponding to any service it
