D’Artagnan
Pronounced “dar-tan-yan”. The 4th
Musketeer, disguised as a blind, beggar.
D’Artagnon and Collette are in love. The
musketeers are the heroes of the story who
stand up to the evil Lord Mazoratti.
“I owe love to fair Colette. I owe friendship
to Athos, Porthos, and Aramis. Your reign,
Falconer, ends here.”
Porthos
Pronounced “poor-thos”. One of the 3
Musketeers, disguised as a 17th Century
Barber. He is in love with Collette.
Queen Agnes & Horse
“It is I, Porthos, the Swagger with the Dagger.
Once we don our boots, we shall stand tall
giants that we are – the invincible Three
Musketeers!”
Athos
Pronounced “eh-thos”. One of the 3
Musketeers, disguised as a 17th Century
Barber. He follows the rules.
“It is I, Athos, the baddest blade around. You
want a pound of musketeer flesh? Come and
get it!”

Aramis
Pronounced “air-a-miss”. One of the 3
Musketeers, disguised as a Monk. He has a
chicken housekeeper and he is in love with
Queen Agnes.
“Ah I am full of ardor; to once more wear my
plume and blade, to meet adventure, to leave a
little of one’s flesh on the road again. I shall rally
the others! To horse! To horse!”
Queen Agnes of Malvaria
Mother of King Hughy. She is maternal,
protective, and the Panto Dame.
Queen Agnes & Horse
“Hello, everybody! Your Queen Agnes has
returned! I’ve been a broad traveling. Does this
dress make my butt look big?”
King Hughy XIV
Pronounced “hew-ee”. The boy King. He’s a
bit immature and childish but he’s learning!
“I want my Thumbbox 360!! Give it to me!!”

Henrietta
Aramis’ plucky Housekeeper and confidante.
She follows the rules and is a little anxious,
but dedicated to doing the right thing.
“The sky is falling!! The sky is falling!!
Dearie me, I’m molting!”
Colette
D’Artagnan’s beloved and currently a barmaid
at the Fox and Hound. She is kind, generous,
ardent, and beautiful.
Queen Agnes & Horse
“This is for the beggar who lives under the
bridge. His mind might be addled but his body
will be fed. When my D’Artagnan gets back I’m
going to...kiss him all over!”
Horace
King Hughy’s loyal companion and a really
good dog. He is willing and dependable.
“We’ve got to stop Mazarotti! Fret not,
I have a plan. We will become the New
Musketeers!”

Lord Mazarotti
Pronounced “maza-rot-ee”. The advisor to the
King. He is a power-hungry and egotistical tyrant
who has a cast of Falconsto do his devious work.
“None for all and all for me! Exactly how it ought
to be!
Now and for eternity! I will occupy the throne.
The kingdom will be mine alone. A total
Mazarotti zone, Malvarian fools!”
Gyrfalcon
Pronounced “ger-fal-cun”. The dominant one of
the Four Royal Falcons. According to falconry
rankings, she is falcon to the king and the boss
of the falcons.
Queen Agnes & Horse
“Shut it Queenie, or I’ll shut it for you. I’m in a
bad mood--don’t make it worse.”
Aplomado
Pronounced “ap-lo-mod-o”. The tough and
scrappy one of the Four Royal Falcons. She is
a prized falcon of the New World.
“Eye your prey, seize the day. Swoop down
and take it! The capture is the rapture, and
the rapture is the kill!”

Peregrine
Pronounced “pear-a-grin”. The proud one of the
Four Royal Falcons. Proud. According to falconry
rankings, she is falcon to earls and knights.
“I got this feeling something was up and I was
right, wasn’t I? I got me a Musketeer. Man, that
holy man was nuts.”
Kestral
The youngest one of the Four Royal Falcons.
According to falconry rankings, she is falcon to
children and altar boys.
Queen Agnes & Horse
“I am Kestrel, private first class of the Royal
Falcons! I am a lean keen fighting machine!
And I love sparkle more than anything.”
