Letter of 5: Letter indicates Recommendation very strong support from an Open of student. Organization, Community Member within an Open Organization, or High School / College Faculty Member Meets Expectation 5: Meets one of two criteria. Fails to Meet Expectation 0: Meets neither criterion. 5: Meets two of the three criteria. 0: Meets less than two of the criteria. 3: Letter indicates support of student. 0: Letter indicates uncertain support for student.
