• Unique Order Management System (OMS) and cross-currency netting
– Manage your orders with the knowledge that Squared Financial does not monitor or manipulate them. Our OMS operates like an exchange as soon as an order price is reached (eg take-profit/stop-loss), it is executed immediately.
– Our unique cross-currency margin calculation offers netting facilities which offset long and short positions in similar currencies against each other. This means clients can optimise their margin levels or trading power.

• To qualify for an account a client must be deemed a ‘professional trader’ as defined by MiFID.
• This means he or she must satisfy at least two of the following three criteria
– The client has carried out transactions, in significant size, on the previous four quarters
– The size of the client’s financial instrument portfolio, defined as including cash deposits and financial instruments, exceeds €500,000
– The client works or has worked in the financial sector for at least one year in a professional position which requires knowledge of the transactions or services envisaged.
