of them under the sole intention of working towards improving the department, students, and the
university. The strong sense of camaraderie was thought to be used to energetically and
efficiently pursue goals.

This factor has been of moderate concern. The faculty is satisfied with the fact that there
is support available for research activities and that the campus environment is becoming more
conducive to experiential learning. However, there has been emphasis on the fact that there
should be enough intensity in the research and development of programs of eminence.

The library resources have been considered to be a boon to students. The availability of
library and technological resources to academically disadvantaged students has been considered

Students have been a major factor for most of the faculty teaching in ISU. The faculty has

is a general commitment to student welfare among the faculty of ISU and to diversity with respect
