What Clinic Looks Like: Preparation
• Scheduling through GPT
• Need to know which location to dial
• If location changes, please call our scheduler
• Dial 404/785-KIDS and ask for Telemedicine
• Print all forms required by the provider being seen
• What paperwork?
• Why all that paperwork?
• Take vitals using Children’s Clinic Form
• Fax vitals and other paperwork to Children’s

What Clinic Looks Like: The Visit
• Children’s provider dials into your site
• Provider talks to patient and family
• Provider tells presenter what they want to do next
• Need to use otoscope and stethoscope for most visits
• (practice, practice, practice)
• Most do not ask for palpation or anything specialized

What Clinic Looks Like: Post-Visit
• Ask patient and family to wait for After Visit Summary and any other paperwork
• Have patient complete the Satisfaction Survey while they wait
• Fax survey back to Children’s (404/785-5855)
• Call 404/785-KIDS to schedule follow up
• Appointment cards available upon request
• Children’s will fax paperwork back
