All the students are requested to go through the following instructions. 1. Please check your Project idea and Mentor. 2. Please verify all your details including name and roll number. 3. Report to your mentor and confirm your idea along with you details including your contact number and email id, failing to which your name will be removed from the list. 4. After confirmation, you must report to your Mentor at least twice a week, for which the attendance will be recorded. 5. Midterm and end term attendance shall be taken from the mentor and short attendance students will not be allowed to submit their mini project. 6. Please go through the attached Project handbook for complete instructions. 7. Take the print out of the handbook and carry it whenever you meet your mentor and at the time of evaluation. 8. The mid-term evaluation will be carried out from February 24th to 26th, 2016 2. The Evaluation panel will be informed before 20th February 2016. 3. The students are required to meet their corresponding evaluation panel and confirm the date, time and venue of the evaluation based on the availability of the panel. 4. It is the responsibility of the students to meet their evaluation panel for evaluation. No notice will be issued in this regard. End-term evaluation: 1. The end-term evaluation will be carried out from April 11th to 13th, 2016. 2. The Evaluation panel will be the same as mid-term evaluation. 3. The students are required to meet their corresponding evaluation panel and confirm the date, time and venue of the evaluation based on the availability of the panel. 4. Design 4. Gantt Chart End-term evaluation: The students are required to submit the final report of their project. The students should follow the following guidelines to prepare their final project reports. Report Size The maximum number of pages of the final report should be preferably between 30-50 pages. Paper Size The standard size of paper of a Report is 21.5 cm (8½ inch) wide and 28 cm (11 inches) long. Binding The students are required to spiral-bind their reports Font The preferred font size of the text in the report is 12 point. The font size of headings should be of 16 point and font size of sub heading should be of 14 point. The preferred font type is Times New Roman.
