
All proper nouns begin with a capital letter.

Each sentence ends with the correct punctuation.

Each sentence is complete with a subject and predicate (no fragments or run-ons).

I chose vocabulary words that best express the connotation (emotion) I want to convey.

I used a variety of sentence types- imperative, declarative, interrogative and
exclamatory.

My concluding sentences summarize the paragraph (NOT a repeat of the intro sentence!)


7. Edit your paper (check over teacher comments and make changes)
8. Read your paper over from beginning to end (aloud)
9. Make sure your paper has a TITLE and your name at the top, center.
