Q : IS MY ORGANIZATION ELIGIBLE?
A : As long as your organization is non-profit and
you supply us with proof of non-profit status, you are
eligible. Any size organization can be part of Krispy
Kreme Fundraising.
Q: HOW MUCH NOTICE DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE?
A : All doughnut orders must be called in 5 days prior
to your pickup date. We offer fundraising 7 days
a week.
Q : WHAT IF WE DO NOT SELL ALL OF OUR
DOUGHNUTS, FUNDRAISING CERTIFICATES OR
PARTNERSHIP CARDS?
A : Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of
FUNDRAISING products. The Certificates and
Partnership Cards could be saved for your next Krispy
Kreme fundraising event, while any left-over dozens
could be shared with your volunteers.
Partnership Cards provide both your organization and your
customers the greatest value!
Q : WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
• Partnership Cards can also be pre-sold and are easy
for children and groups to carry and distribute.
If you wish to pay for your order at time of pickup,
we ask that you provide a credit card (to hold only)
when placing your order.
• The Card costs $5.00 (minimum order 50 cards) and is
sold for $10.00, allowing your organization to make a
$5.00 profit.
• With the card you can purchase any dozen doughnuts
and receive a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts FREE.
It is valid for 10 free dozen (limit 3 free dozen per visit).
This is a $50.00 value!

KRISPY KREME FUNDRAISING
A Sweet Way to Raise Big Bucks
We would like to introduce you to a terrific fundraising
opportunity for your organization. Since early in Krispy
Kreme’s history, non-profit organizations such as schools
community groups, sports programs and charities have
raised funds through the Krispy Kreme Fundraising
program. In 2003, our fundraising program assisted
non-profit organizations nationwide in raising over
$46 million, reflecting Krispy Kreme’s commitment to
helping our community.
To participate in our Fundraising program, please submit
a completed application form along with a letter on
the not-for-profit organization’s letterhead to our
Fundraising Headquarters (fax: 401-946-9719).
A member of our team will contact you within 3 days
of receiving your completed application to assist with
the planning and execution of your fundraiser.

www.krispykreme.com, at your closest Krispy Kreme
store, or call 1-888-MY-DOUGH.
There are two ways to sell the doughnuts,
certificates and cards: pre-sell and same day sale.
1) Pre-sell: Your organization obtains orders and funds
in advance of placing their order with Krispy Kreme.
If desired, Krispy Kreme will provide your
organization with materials to help pre-sell.
2) Same-day Sale: Your organization will purchase
a specific number of dozens, certificates or cards
and sell them at a local event, such as a community
festival, soccer tournament, car wash, etc.
Krispy Kreme stresses safety in fundraising.
Krispy Kreme supports the efforts by the National PTA
and the Association of Fundraisers to make fundraising
safety a number one priority.
Helpful suggestions for a safe fundraiser:
• All fundraising should be supervised by parents
or adults;
• Parents can help by selling at the office and to friends;
• Focus fundraising efforts on family and friends.
