The course will run from 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. September 22-24. On Friday, September 25, instruction will run from 8:30a.m. – 3:00p.m. followed by the 2-hour multiple choice exam. Participants registered two weeks prior to the offering will be sent their course materials in advance. An HP-12C calculator and the HP12C calculator user’s manual are required. Students must be familiar with the calculator operations when the course begins. The in-class and homework problems and solutions will utilize this calculator exclusively. Partial credit is not available. BREA Continuing Education: Approved for 28 hours (#08754124) of BREA CEC for licensed/certified appraisers seeking renewal credit. Full (100%) attendance is required. Successful completion of the course exam is not required for BREA CEC. Cancellations Written cancellations received by Tuesday, September 8 are subject to a $45 cancellation fee.
