Incomplete Group Project Contract

This Document stipulates that the aforementioned students participating in
the group project, for COM 1101 on MWF at 10 AM, agree that by signing
they will bind themselves to the ideals of this contract. The following are
the guidelines that will govern this project, the purposes are as follows:
Service to the Group:
1. All members of the group will attend all meetings.
2. All members will be prepared for the meetings.

Preparation for a meeting will consist of any elements
needed for a meeting including pens/pencil, notebook, and
assignments to be prepared for said meeting.

Commitment to the Group:
1. If a task has been delegated to a member of a group it should be
finished by the assigned time.

If task is not completed by due date actions will be taken in
accordance with the stipulations of the Conflict Resolutions
section of the contract.
2. Showing up prepared to all events such as Meetings, or Class time
allotted for group work.

Task Orientation:
1. Group meetings will be carried out in a business format as to be more
efficient.
2. Side conversations should be kept to a minimum in meetings.
Team Orientation:
1. COMMUNICATE with the group members about the project,
comments, concerns, and or any other issue pertinent the completion
of the project.
2. Work together as a team to strive for the ultimate goal of succeeding
in this project.
Conflict Resolution:
1. The group members will resolve all conflicts unless a consensus
cannot be reached by the group, in which case Professor Bernum will
be consulted.
2. The type of offense committed will determine exact Conflict
Resolution.
By signing this contract I hereby agree that I will adhere to the goals of the
group and the ideals of this contract. If I am in breach of this contract I will
accept the consequences as delegated by my fellow group members.
