ambassadors and other public ministers, take care that the laws be faithfully executed
and commission all officers of the United States.

Twenty-five years of age, a citizen for seven years and must be an “inhabitant” of the
state where elected.
Thirty years of age, a citizen for nine years and must be an “inhabitant of the state
where elected.
