JOB DESCRIPTION FORM Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: Philippines Job Summary: Reports directly to the HR Director, and responsible for providing advice and service to the Philippines staff and implementing HR plans, programs, systems, processes, policies and procedures. Collaborates with the different managers on various HR issues and provides HR subject matter expertise in the areas of selection & staffing, training, compensation & benefits, performance management system, employee engagement and local compliance. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Participates and administers the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and staffing levels, applicant evaluation, interview and selection process, and related tasks. 2. Conducts interviews to determine the knowledge, skills and abilities of candidate. 3. Conducts new hire orientation to all newly hired employees. 4. Provides assistance, facilitation and guidance in conducting counseling sessions for employees who have demonstrated behaviors not aligned with the company’s corporate values. Collaborates with the managers and supervisors to ensure that decisions and actions in implementing action steps for progressive discipline are aligned with local compliance regulations. 5. Assists in conducting annual performance evaluation review and ensures retrieval of all documented performance reviews on time. Consolidates and summarizes the company-wide performance review results. 6. Assist in conducting pay and job evaluations by participating in surveys to provide recommendations in order to implement new pay structures. 7. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. 8. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. 9. Managing HR budgets for Philippines 10. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time Job Specifications: 1. Four (4) years minimum of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Marketing or other related field is required. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity. 5. Excellent organizational, project and time management skills. 6. Self-starter with the ability to work within a large team environment. 7. Excellent presentation, training and interpersonal skills. 8. Well-versed on federal, state, local laws and requirements relating to healthcare management.
