We create value in the full pharmaceutical value chain from developing to manufacturing and successfully marketing generic pharmaceuticals and we take pride in doing this in an innovative, responsible and costefficient way. Bluefish’s modern product portfolio consists of 84 products within all major therapeutic areas, of which 48 have been launched. Today, the company has activities in 19 European countries and is managed from the head office in central Stockholm as well as from the subsidiary in Bangalore, India. Our Programme
We offer an extensive 18-month trainee programme based in Stockholm Sweden, which includes formal training and mentoring, as well as rotations in different business functions. You will learn about sales and marketing operations, business development strategies, understanding market dynamics, supply chain activities, financial and business controlling and much more. Our programme allows you to work in different countries, and experience diverse work cultures and job assignments.
Job description

Stockholm, Sweden (approx. 8 months): Work in close collaboration with the Business Development and Sales and Marketing team across Europe with the focus on growing, strengthening and improving our position in every country (this includes various tasks from market and competitor analysis to product evaluations and could include a 2-month project in one of our European offices).

Stockholm, Sweden (approx. 7 months): Participate in all functions within the company’s Finance department, including monthly reporting under IFRS, analysis of sales trends and profitability measures, evaluation of new business proposals and preparing budgets and forecasts.

Bangalore, India (approx. 3 months): Play an integral part in optimizing the company’s efficiency and profitability while you are exposed to various projects within the Supply Chain/ Logistics department.
Who we are looking for

You have a MSc in Business Administration or in Engineering

You are ambitious, detail-oriented and structured

You have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

You are able to take initiative and work independently as well as in teams

You have the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues

You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English, additional languages are a plus

You are geographically mobile and have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
