Design Approval Form
This form is used by SMS Developers/Vendors who wish to be compliant with the Unfunded International
Providers system (UIP). This form is to be completed by the SMS Developer applicant to seek approval of your
UIP integration design document. Once approval of your design document has been received you may request
access to the compliance environment for testing. The Ministry is aware that the design document may contain
commercially sensitive information and will not disclose the document to any other SMS vendors or potential
software development companies.
