ENERGY MANAGEMENT
Energy Management is the efficient and effective use of energy to minimize costs and reduce
future energy demand. The program focuses on the fundamentals of energy and the energy
systems in residential and commercial buildings. Energy efficiency measures and leadership
through sustainable practices will be explored.
Energy efficiency is intertwined in all four of Governor Herbert’s cornerstones to strengthen
Utah’s economy: Education, Energy, Jobs and Self-Determination.
