Subcontractors:
Rodney Brady Construction maintains its own list of competent
approved sub contractors that are both reputable and highly
competent and are fully aware of their obligation to Rodney Brady
Construction under sub-contract.
As a result Rodney Brady Construction only employs sub-contractors
that maintain the similar high standards of quality of product supply
and workmanship on its contracts. Rodney Brady Construction have
successfully managed contracts with over 20 subcontractors on any
one project due to the success of stringent pre contract procedures set
down for our subcontractors and our professional relationship with our
sub contractors.
Plant and Equipment Resources:
Rodney Brady construction has developed the strategy for the
operation of heavy plant whereby the company now finds it more
financially viable to hire in plant without operators rather than owning
its own plant. This strategy is based on the fact, as owning and
operating costs have overtaken hiring costs, and where by the correct
machine is brought in for the specific task.
Operators of plant and Equipment:
Rodney Brady Construction employs light and heavy plant operators
which have been trained and experienced to use specialised plant and
equipment and hold relevant Fás Training Certificates.

Health and Safety Policy
January 2012
It is Rodney Brady Construction Ltd Company policy that all
management and staff comply with the Safety Health and Welfare at
Work Act 2006 and to ensure so far as is possible, the safety, health
and welfare of all its employees, and to provide such information and
training as necessary for this purpose.
We believe that the prevention of accidents is both our moral
obligation and good business. Our safety efforts are based on our
belief that every working person is entitled to a safe and healthful
place to work. The responsibility for the health and safety of our
employees goes far beyond simple compliance with the state
regulatory requirements. We recognize that the protection of our
employees, property, the public and the environment are essential to
the efficient and successful completion of every construction project
we undertake. Safety is more than a priority at Rodney Brady
Construction Ltd, here safety is a value.
We train all our employees to identify and correct unsafe conditions
and more importantly unsafe work practices. We know that our
accident prevention efforts must have the same value as quality,
morale, cost, schedule, and production. Safety is not something we do
in addition to the work. It's how we do the work.
At Rodney Brady Construction Ltd we enforce the following points to all
employees:
 A mind set that every accident is preventable
 Every aspect of business is conducted in a manner that avoids
incidents or injury.
 Safety is top priority in all activities including meetings, planning
sessions and the performance of tasks.
 There is no compromise to safe work practices to improve
schedule, production or cost performance.
 Employees must understand that they have responsibilities for
their own safety and health and that their actions can impact on
the safety and health of others.

To Whom It May Concern
Rodney Brady has worked with me on a number of projects. During this time I have
always found him to be a very skilled, proficient, and a knowledgeable professional. He
is readily available to discuss and advise at all stages of a project, which has proven to be
a valuable cost saving benefit on our projects. Clients commended him on his
professionalism, and acute attentiveness of their personal building projects. He has
proven time and again he can deliver on time and on budget without any compromise on
quality. These are important qualities for us, particularly when the project is a clients
family home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rodney Brady Construction
Ltd.
