 Politely ask for teacher recommendations, then

 Be sensitive to teacher’s hesitancy
 Give plenty of notice – at least 3 weeks

admissions committee might never read the
important letter from your teacher who saw

NCAA CLEARINGHOUSE
 Do you hope to play Division I or Division II
college athletics?
 Your eligibility MUST be cleared by the NCAA.
 Eligibility applications are available online at
http://eligibilitycenter.org/
 The Eligibility Center must receive official scores
directly from the testing agency in order to certify
the student-athlete’s initial eligibility.
 Complete an NCAA transcript request form in the
Counseling Office
