Required achievement levels: LEAP - 4th and 8th Grades- A minimal of BASIC on ELA or Math and APPROACHING BASIC on the other. (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY LDOE) Column A - All nonpublic school students and any Louisiana resident who is transferring from an out-of-state school who wish to take the LEAP Tests (Grades 4 or 8) must complete the appropriate registration information below in Column A.
