A registered charity, SURHUL represents and involves 9,000
students, both undergraduate and postgraduate. We offer a

FRESHERS’
Welcome Packs
We produce and distribute 3,000 welcome packs (goody bags)
to our new arrivals which includes a combination of leaflet
inserts and samples.
We also offer a package that comprises of: exclusive bag
sponsorship (logo on bag and flyer inserts), 2 day Freshers’ Fair
stall and 2 social media posts throughout Freshers’ week.

Freshers’ Helpers T-Shirts
Wall Planners
Our wall planner adorns the walls of hall dorms and
student bedrooms throughout Royal Holloway, and with
4,000 of these printed each academic year they provide a
great opportunity for you to get your company noticed.
Throughout the Freshers’ fayre over 150 current
students will be wearing t-shirts whilst moving in
freshers. This is an opportunity for you to have your
logo on the back of the t-shirt.

Freshers’ Stall Hire
Our Freshers’ Fayre is a 2 day event that
attracts over 3,000 students. The fayre will be
held in and around our SU building which is a
central hub of activity for our students.

distributed at various sites around the campus.

large scale activites if you have a particular promotion or
offer to advertise to our students.

Student Media
We have three student media outlets and can offer
advertising across all three channels;
Insanity Radio is an FM station that is listened to by
students, staff and local residents.
The Orbital is our A4 monthly publication, 3,000 copies are
printed and distributed each month.
And last but not least, RhubarbTV is our TV station filming
a variety of shows and events.
