which they will take the higher mark. If you repeat more than 2 courses, the best of the 2 repeats will be
used to calculate your GPA.

commencing the BCom program core. For most students, this means that the first time you will encounter a
commerce course is in your third year.

Also note: Gustavson requires that students complete three co-op work terms to meet the Bachelor of Commerce
program requirements. Students are normally required to complete one co-op work term (Pre-Commerce co-op)
prior to commencing the BCom program.
For a 2nd Year Transfer, a minimum of 15 units completed with at least 2 of the required courses with a
minimum grade of C+ is required: If you would like to transfer into 3rd year, the remaining courses can
be non-commerce transferable electives.
Please note that as a transfer student, a maximum of 4.5 units of commerce courses may be used as
part of the 30 units of pre-commerce courses.
