This website will begin accepting reservations on May 15 and will close Jun. 16, 2008 Teams using presquad.com, or submitting ateam entry form will be charged $155 for the team entry. Teams who submit their entry AFTER Sat. Jun 21 (3:00 pm), will pay $165. ALL teams who presquad, must submit their team entry form to the WGC Team Shoot Administrator (Dick Otto). He will verify with the team contact person, listed on the entry form, that the form has been received and resolve conflicts with bank or time selection. Team entry forms must be turned in by 3:00 pm Sat. Jun 21 2008. After that time any squad reservation (manual or by presquad.com), will be released for re-issue. Completed Team Entry forms are mailed to WGC Team Entry Coordinator: Dick Otto, 1015 Bay View Ct; Mukwonago, WI 53149. He will be the WGC coordinator. DO NOT SEND CASH! ALL CHECKS must be made out to: WAUKESHA Gun Club No shooter may be a member of more than one team. In order to be classified into the Special Category Teams (Lady, Jr/Sub-Jr, Vet/Sr.Vet), the Jr/Sub-Jr, Vet/Sr.Vets teams may be either gender, but ALL must be of combined category - (i.e. Jr/Sub-Jr = all Jr &/or Sub-Jr; Vet/SrVet must all be Vet &/or SrVet). Lady teams must be all female. NO multi Special Category allowed (i.e. Lady & Vet/Sr Vet) No refunds unless event is canceled. Zero tolerance policy. No physical, or verbal abuse/harassment of shoot management or personnel will be tolerated. Violators will be disqualified and asked to leave the club grounds, and may be subject to ATA penalties. ATA rules govern the conduct of the events. All Shooters must present proof of ATA membership when entering the shoot. Proof of membership is 2008 Current Average card, or the member copy of current year membership application (yellow member copy of membership). Shooting Begins at 9:00 a.m. Entries close at 2:00 pm, or when the last event squad begins shooting Event will be shot 50 targets per trap, in two sub events of 25 targets, on each of two trap fields. The same format as generally used by most gun clubs. Targets & Daily fees: PRIOR to Jun. 21: $31/Shooter x 5 = $155.00 AFTER “ “ : $33 “ “ = $165.00 Full cost of team entry to be paid by Sat. 6/21 in order to facilitate shooter entry into computer system. Any team entry received on Sun. 6/22 will be charged the $165 Team Entry fee, and can expect to be assigned to the handset trap field (traps 10,11), unless the Pat trap banks are available. Also these squads will be assigned to the 1st Squad# & traps available, undoubtedly shooting on a late afternoon squad.
