What Everyone Should Know
About Accounting
Presented by Chris Stathakis, Stathakis
Profit is what we all strive for in business today.
Not only is it the ultimate measure of growth and
efficiency but it also the best indicator of a business’
longevity. Let’s face it, a profitable business is a
healthy business!
So if profitability is so important, how do you find it?
The shortest path to profitability can be found
through accounting. Too many business owners are
intimidated by accounting and its many perceived
complexities. It doesn’t have to be complicated
and will become your basis to running a profitable
Building Services business. In just a little over an
hour, Chris Stathakis will help simplify the power
of accounting to help you succeed in your own
business. You will walk away with accounting tools
that can be put to use immediately to unlock the
power of profit in your own business.
Some of the topics that will be explored:
• It’s all about the labor.
• Hitting the bull’s-eye.
acquisition targets means you can likewise achieve a
profitable exit of the company you’ve built. To pursue
either direction takes time, a sound strategy and
expertise, so even if you might not be ready to buy or

your company for these significant events. This session
will review the current M&A climate in the janitorial
industry and the M&A process.

organizational excellence into your business through
workforce engagement that creates a competitive
edge in your marketplace.

Preparing Your Company for Growth

Every small business owner wants to grow his/her

desired. To create long-term growth and success,
the right foundation must be laid. Without a proper
foundation, a business is doomed to failure, but with it,
success is soon to follow.
