Guidelines for making Payment of Application Fees

How do I pay my application fee?
a. Kindly refer PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF APPLICATON FEE link.
b. Candidates should pay their Application Fee of Rs.300/- only through ONLINE mode,
using State Bank Collect facility available at www.onlinesbi.com
c. Payments shall be made at State Bank Collect using the following modes:
i. Debit Card – All Banks
ii. Credit Card – All Banks
iii. Net Banking – All Banks
iv. Cash
- Any Branch of SBI
Payments can be made in all the three modes, by
d. Following particulars are to be entered by the candidate during payment of application
fee at State bank website.
i. Application Number
(A 12 Digit unique Application number will appear in the “FEE DETAILS” tab of
NLCs ONLINE application receipt portal)
ii. Name
iii. Mobile Number
iv. Amount
(This will be pre-populated with value of Rs.300)
v. Remarks
Apart from the above, the following fields are to be entered by the candidate, for
re-printing the challan, in case any need arises.
vi. Name
vii. Date of Birth
viii. Mobile Number
ix. Captcha Code etc.
e. After completion of payment of Application Fee, candidates can take a print out of the
receipt from the ‘Reprint Remittance Form’ link available in the State bank website
itself.

Candidates should pay their Application Fee, only after successful completion of applying
for a post and on receipt of a 12 digit Application Number, starting as 1409 followed by 8
digit unique number, which will be displayed on the “Fee Details” tab of NLCs ONLINE
receipt portal.
g. Payment of Application Fee made without the above mentioned 12 digit unique NLC’s
Application Number, shall not be taken in to account.
h. NLC will not be responsible for any duplicate payments or for any erroneous payments
made to any other account and for the correctness of information provided by the
candidate.
2. I have paid my Application Fee, but the status is not updated in the portal?
a. Application Fee status will be updated in the portal, only on the next working day of
making payment.
b. The individual has to enter the 12 digit Application Number provided by NLC correctly in
the State Bank portal. In case the candidate, has wrongly entered the Application
Number in the State Bank portal, the individual along with Snapshot of Remittance Slip
taken from State bank Collect portal, can mail to online.recruitment@nlcindia.com along
with Correct Application Number, State Bank Reference Number, Name of the Candidate
and discipline.
3. I am not able to upload my Photo & Signature?
Candidates can upload their Photo, Signature and generate their application form, only
after paying the Application Fee ONLINE and the status of payment getting updated in the portal.
PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE

3. Tick the Check Box and Click Proceed Button
3. Select State of Corporate / Institution as Tamil Nadu and Type of Corporate / Institution as Recruitment and
Click GO button
4. Select “NEYVELI LIGNITE CORPORATION” from Recruitment Name combo Box and click SUBMIT button
5. Select Recruitment (Advt. No. 08/2013) from Select Payment Category combo box
6. Fill up all the required fields and press SUBMIT .
Enter 12 digit Application
Number, starting as “1308”
Enter the discipline name in
full. (example : Electrical &
Electronics)
7. Confirm whether the particulars provided are correct and click confirm button
8. Select your mode of payment and proceed.
In order to take a print out the payment receipt, Click the Reprint Remittance Form tab and enter the requisite
particulars .
