Be sure to thank our Preferred Pricing Partner for their

Any arrangements, services, or products
purchased through this program are the sole responsibility of
the individual as a consumer and the service provider. It is the
individual’s responsibility to carefully check the goods and
services offered.
3.
The volunteer must present a valid Albemarle County
Department of Fire Rescue photo identification card in order to
receive any discount or incentive.
4.
The volunteer must identify him/herself and present the photo
id before the purchase is made or services are rendered.
5.
Any discounts may be discontinued without notice. If the
vendor refuses to provide a discount or incentive, the volunteer
should not dispute this with the business or vendor. Report this
information to the Department of Fire Rescue.
6.
The volunteer shall be courteous. Rude and/or inappropriate
behavior on the part of the volunteer will not be tolerated. If a
vendor or business reports such behavior, loss of individual or
group benefits is likely.
7.
Contact the Department of Fire Rescue with information on
businesses or vendors who are not yet participating but may
have the desire to do so. Likewise, notify the department of any
vendor or business that is no longer offering preferred pricing or
services.
