1. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS, PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND
PARTICIPANTS
1.1. This promotion is only available on pre-ordered purchases made
of any of the products listed below (the “Promotional Products”)
within the United Kingdom (“UK”) or Republic of Ireland (“ROI”)
from one of the retailers listed below (“Participating Retailers”)
between Tuesday 13th October 2015 and Friday 13th November
2015 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). The Promotional
Products included in this promotion are :

1.3. All Participants must be aged 18 or over and must be resident in
the European Economic Area (“EEA”)(“Participant”).
1.4. All Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by
these terms and conditions.
1.5. All products must be both pre-ordered and purchased from a
Participating Retailer, and must have been supplied and
distributed to retailers by Canon UK Ltd (“Canon”) or Canon
group companies located in the EEA.
1.6. All Promotional Products must be new and genuine Canon
products.
Purchases of second hand, refurbished or
reconditioned products will not qualify under this promotion.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
2.1. To enter the promotion, the Participant must pre-order a
Promotional Product from a Participating Retailer during the
Promotional Period. Once the Promotional Product has been
received and paid for in full, the retailer with whom the pre-order
was made will dispatch a Canon Special Edition Photography Kit,
appropriate to the Promotional Product which was pre-ordered.
Please allow 28 days for delivery.

2.2. The Canon Special Edition Photography Kits offered in this
promotion are subject to availability while stocks last. Canon will
not be liable for the failure of retailers to fulfill orders of
Promotional Products during the Promotional Period.
2.3. Only one claim per Promotional Product purchased may be
made.
2.4. Claims by businesses or individuals who make bulk purchases
(being more than 10 Promotional Products during the Promotional
Period) will not be eligible to enter this Promotion.
2.5. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any
other promotion.
3. SPECIAL EDITION PHOTOGRAPHY KITS
3.1. Participants will receive a Special Edition Photography Kit for a
pre-order of a Promotional Product.
3.2. Upon receipt and payment of the Promotional Product, the
participating retailer with whom the pre-order was placed will
arrange for a Special Edition Photography Kit to be dispatched to
the address provided by the Participant at the point of pre-order.
No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash or
cheque will be provided.
3.3. The participating retailer will endeavor to dispatch the Special
Edition Photography Kit within 28 days.
3.4. Only one Special Edition Photography Kit will be issued per valid
claim.
4. HD BOOKS VOUCHER REDEMPTION
4.1. A voucher for redemption is included in the Special Edition
Photography Kit.
4.2. The unique redemption code is printed on the reverse of the
promotional voucher included in the Special Edition Photography
Kit. Please visit www.2mprofessional.com/hdbook and follow the
instructions to create the hdbook. Delivery is included.
4.3. This offer is limited to one redemption only of the 24 page A4
hdbook. Please use your unique redemption code at the
checkout.
4.4. Canon PowerShot G5X – each pre-order is eligible for a free
hdbook.
4.5. Canon PowerShot G9X – each pre-order is eligible for 50% off an

4.7. The redemption must be made by 29th February 2016.
4.8. No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash or

5.2. The voucher code will be released once the Promotional Product

5.3. Products must be registered by 31st November 2015.
5.4. The subscription must be redeemed by 31st December 2015.
5.5. No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash or

6. THE PROMOTER
6.1. The promoter is Canon (UK) Ltd. of Woodhatch, Reigate, Surrey,
RH2 8BF.
7. DISCLAIMERS
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canon shall not be liable
for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused,
sustained by any Participant under this promotion. However,
nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or
restricting Canon’s liability for personal injury or death caused by
the proven negligence of Canon’s employees or agents.
7.2. Canon reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this
promotion at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
7.3. Canon reserves the right to audit any claims to ensure
compliance with these terms and conditions and to request
additional information and supporting documents. Canon
reserves the right to exclude claims and/or Participants if it
suspects that the promotion is being abused in any way. Canon’s
decisions in relation to the promotion are final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
8. DATA
8.1. Canon (UK) Ltd. is the Data Controller for the purpose of the Data
Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”) in respect of any personal data
supplied by Participants. Any personal data submitted to us will
be processed by Canon, its agents or associated group
companies for the purpose of administering this Promotion and, if
applicable, for marketing purposes – in cases where Participants
have opted-in to receive marketing communication from Canon.
8.2. If Participants do not wish for their contact information to be used
for marketing purposes or to enable Canon to contact them in
future regarding similar promotions, they should NOT check the
relevant “opt-in” box when completing the claim form.
9. LAW AND JURISDICTION
9.1. These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or in
connection with them shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of England and will be subject to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
