Theta Product data sheet Theta The Theta was developed for the integration of framed and unframed PV modules into the roofing surface. This system, designed specifically for pitched roofs, uses proven roofing materials that ensure a watertight installation regardless of the previous roofing material. All of this, combined with the flexible Quickstone technology, offers reliability and ease of assembly. Flexible applications Theta rapidly allows the integration of framed photovoltaic modules into new and old roofs regardless of the roof type.1 The system is mounted on top of the existing roof battens and replaces the roofing material. Water resistant Due to its substructure, the Theta meets the same requirements for waterproofing as a conventional roof. The special adaptors ensure excellent ventilation while transferring the occurring loads onto the roof structure.2 In-roof Unframed module Framed module Orientation portrait Orientation landscape Double Roman Tiles Slate Plain Tiles Bitumen shingles Individual array The roof can be totally or partially covered with modules. Essentially, all module arrangements, including integration of skylight 3, are possible. Visually Appealing The Theta blends in with the roof seamlessly, and creates an aesthetically appealing mounting system.
