TEA/VOE REQUEST FORMS
AVAILABLE IN THE FRONT OFFICE
You need a TEA/VOE Form if:
 You are getting your driver’s permit
 You are renewing your driver’s license
TEA/VOE Forms expire:
 30-days from issuance during the school year
 the 1st day of the following school year if issued the last 5
days of the previous school year
TEA/VOE Forms require 24-hours to process, some examples;
 if you order a form after school, it will not be ready until
after school on the following day
 if you order a form before school, it will be ready by first
period the following day
 if you order a form at lunch, it will be ready after lunch the
following day
