Group Lift Ticket Information
Tickets must be ordered and paid in full, no later than MONDAY DECEMBER 28, 2015, for special discount pricing. Payments must be received in advance; orders will not be confirmed without payment.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you wish to ski additional days, one-day extensions can be purchased for $108 each during the week of the conference. Cash or credit cards only for last minute sales.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation once the order form has been received and payment has cleared.
Payment: Payments must be received in advance no later than Monday, December 28, 2015.
Lift Tickets: Lift tickets can be used at Snowmass, Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, and Aspen
Mountain.
Lift Ticket Pick Up: Your tickets will be available for pickup at the American College of
Cardiology registration desk during the following dates and times:
Friday, January 15, 2016 4:30 – 6:30 PM
Saturday, January 16, 2016 2:30 – 6:30 PM
Sunday, January 17, 2016 9:30 – 11:30 AM
Early Pick Up: If you plan on arriving prior to registration, then tickets will be available as early as January 13, 2015 and can be delivered to any property within the conference room block. To receive your ticket prior to registration times, please fill out your arrival date and hotel information so that SMV Accounting can deliver your tickets to your hotel.
Late Orders: Orders received after Monday, December 28, 2015 will subject to prevailing window rates at the time of purchase.
