Executive Summary
Palm Reef Resort is a luxury, eco-friendly, 76 unit, condominium community in

Location
Palm Reef Resort is located in Maya Beach, on the Placencia Peninsula, in
southern Belize. This is an area undergoing enormous growth due to retirees and

About Belize
Belize, formerly known as British Honduras, is a country of 300,000 whose population is

Project Description
Three phases are to be developed on the 8-acre site with 8 buildings. There is a 5,000 sq.
ft. central facility (already built) surrounded by seven 6-storey buildings, overlooking both
the Caribbean Sea and the Mayan Mountains. The construction and design of each
building will include studio, one, two, and three bedroom units.
Phase I - is located on the Caribbean Sea on two acres with 400 feet of oceanfront,
consisting of two 6-storey buildings with 76 condominiums.
Future Expansion: Phase II & III: five, 6-story buildings on six acres with 800 feet of
lagoon waterfront.
The Central Facility, part of Phase I, is a recently constructed, three story, 5,000 sq.ft
concrete building, which houses the Palm Reef Resort Presentation Centre and sales
offices.
Using the best methods of “green” construction, the resort has efficient cooling and
heating, and solar power. All units are wheel chair accessible, professionally designed
and sold furnished.

Condominium owners enter into a management agreement to have their units rented for
