Room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Pinecrest - A quick walk to the new vet school and the east side
of Athens. The room for rent is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. There is a double vanity, large tube and
stand up shower. The closet is fairly large with a picture shown below. I have constructed a doggy window, instead of a
doggy door which is in the master bedroom. That can be removed or can stay, whichever is preferred. There is a fully
stocked kitchen and the living room is already furnished. Utilities include paying a 1/3 of the water, electricity and internet once a month. This is usually around $75, depending on the time of year and how much we run the AC. The other
roommates include a 4th year vet student and a teacher at a daycare who also goes to school at night. Pets are allowed
and there is a large fenced in backyard. I would like to find someone to start renting at the beginning of April, however I
am also up for renting only in the summer if needed. Rent is $333 a month, which is negotiable plus utilities. Contact
